Final Glastonbury Tickets at HMV!

Final few Glastonbury Festival 2008 tickets to go on sale exclusively at selected HMV stores

HMV are giving Glastonbury fans the final chance to buy the last few weekend tickets for this year’s festival over the counter at selected HMV stores across the UK. The Glastonbury tickets will go on sale from Wednesday 11th June at seven of its major city branches from 8.00 am. The locations are:

HMV Bristol, 21/23 Broadmead
HMV Glasgow, Argyle Street
HMV Newcastle, 56 Northumberland Street
HMV Manchester, 90 Market Street
HMV Birmingham, 38 High Street
HMV Cardiff, 53 Queens Street
HMV London, 150 Oxford Street

The tickets will be sold simply and easily at the stores, with all ticket buyers merely needing to provide their name, pay across the counter and make sure that they bring personal photographic ID to the Festival when they arrive. This ensures that they comply with the Festival’s anti-touting policy.

“With just a couple of weeks to go, we want to make it as easy as possible for people to buy the last few festival tickets,” said Festival organiser Michael Eavis. “We’ve got a fantastic line-up, the most beautiful site in the country and I’d love to see you all there.”

Glastonbury Festival takes place at Worthy Farm, Somerset over the weekend 27th to 29th June. The full line-up of more than 1,000 acts is available at www.glastonburyfestivals.co.uk
