England may not have been in the running to claim the European cup, but the match was still fantastic. Germany played well, and cheers to Spain on ending a 44-year drought. Although the cup has eluded again, many other things were brought to England; over the weekend Amy Winehouse, Jay-Z, and Eric Clapton each put on great shows, and The Police returned to London and ended their reunion tour with a bang. Look out for Wireless to bring out Morrisey and the like.

Drawing inspiration from their surroundings, one the band members spends his summers on a fishing boat in Alaska, they are able to craft interesting, hypnotizing songs about the sea, life at sea, or just life in general.
